I want to pursue a career in optometry so which A levels should i choose? atm i'm going to choose biology chemistry and maths but i can choose 4 so which 4th A level should i choose to go with my combination? i was thinking of picking physics but i heard picking all 3 sciences and maths is very hard so what else could i choose to fit my combination if i want to study optometry?

the remaining A levels that i can choose are:

Physics

history

geography

DT (product design)

sociology

I also want to keep my options open just incase i decide that i don't want to do optometry so whats the best combination i can choose?

  1. Choose DT or physics. Each of those would help.

  2. Personally I'd choose DT...thats what I did, it was a bit less intense than the others I did! At the end of the day, its the uni stuff thats going to really count towards what you're going to do, so I wouldnt worry about it a great deal, as long as you can get into your chosen uni course with the given A levels you are already choosing, pick something that you will enjoy jusst as much!
