Which era are you asking about? That dreadlocked fella playng currently for Hawthorn is a beauty. Before that I'd say the Flying Doormat and Kevin Bartlett. Dermie used to spike it up a bit too, but didn't they all look dishevilled after a hot game.

I choose Dale Thomas. Although he has toned it down it is still a shocking haircut for someone who still has a full head of hair!

Luckily for VFL players all their 70's cuts came before AFL, so I cant really include any of them.

There were some bad mullets in teh 80s, but Garry Ablett with his skullet, bald up top and long down the back.  That was scary.

There's also a few Sideshow Bob dreaded guys at the moment.  One with Hawthorn, I don't know his name.

Fraser Gerig's hair was pretty bad at one stage, he had this mullet sort of thing that flapped at the bottom as he ran. But at the moment I would have to agree with the others who have said Nathan Carroll, it's awful, WTF is he thinking!!!

Jason "Piggy" Dunstall, when he was playing, balding with a funny tuft in the fringe region - weird and totally gross. Still bad today.

Yes Molly there have been some rippers, can't see your point about Karl Landon's though, the red headed step child, couldn't help what colour he was given.

I am an out and out Richo fan but his is ordinary at present, Paul Bulluss from Richmond, but ordinary too.
