3 Premierships (equal most)

5 grand finals (most)

only finished below 8th 3/20 times (easily most).

as much as i hate it i would think Essendon.

They have made the finals almost Every Year.

although last year they didn't.

The FACTS are,.. Collingwood ..without doubt are the most succesfull Club in the history of sport in Australia ..   They have won 14 flags and graciously lost  another 28, ...just to give a few other Clubs a look in.    Had they won 'half' of what they lost they would have a lead that would most likely, never be equalled .

I will give you the lowdown of the top three competitors on this ladder if you don't have time to look at it

1- Essendon ~ Played 478 Win 278 Loss 193 Draw 7

2- West Coast ~ Played 483 Win 281 Loss 197 Draw 5

3- Brisbane ~ Played 248 Win 143 Loss 103 Draw 3

Now West Coast has won more but they have also played more so that puts them two down on Essendon, which is why they are on top. Brisbane are 3rd but only because they have had a small number of games played but if you put that together with Fitzroy and Brisbane Bears it turns out like this
