I want to know which AP courses are worth taking, which AP courses are easy, and which AP courses are popular choices? Also, how many AP courses should I take? 1. For grade 10, I think 2 APs is a good number. Myself, I took AP Calculus AB and AP World History. It depends on your high school though. Some students at competitive high schools take maybe 10 or more, where as underfunded public schools like mine only gave us up to 8 XD

  2. What is AP?

  3. I went to a private school which only offered AP classes in the most important subjects.  Math, Literature, and History.

I took American History, European History, American and British Lit, and Calculus, and scored all 4s and 5s on my tests which pretty much tested me out of my entire first year of college.  If you are a good student, I would say that AP classes aren't really that much more difficult than regular classes, you just cram more material into a shorter amount of time.  It's actually very much like a college course, in fact some of my AP High School classes were harder than the classes I took at my state university.

The kids in public school were allowed to take as many as they wanted, and I knew people who were enrolled in all AP classes, and did just fine, so you really have to know what kind of student you are, and how dedicated you will be to your studies.

    Good Luck!
