Which Anime do you like? Death Note or Code Geass?

Question

Both have some sort of similar plot. Different powers though. Same task at hand.(almost)

What's your opinion?

Death Note did go hard and all but I have to give it to Code Geass.

Don't get me wrong I love both shows and all, but code geass is a combination of all anime shows in one. The plot is wicked, the characters are hot, the show is completely awesome I mean have you watched season 2 or the end of season 1! Death Note was really good and I will always love it but Code Geass takes that.

Code Geass.

Why? Unlike death note you cannot become the ruler of the world just by writing names inside the death note. I kinda lost interest in death note when L died. Afterwards Near wasn't as great as L.

It's basically the same concept. They both want to create new worlds.

For Code Geass it may be for his younger sister Nunally. In Death Note it would be for a criminal free society.

Death Note is very good. In my opinion Code Geass is better.

It's kind of too bad that Death Note ended at 37 episodes. I like code geass better. although more people die in Code Geass such as the people that were close friends.

Right now I think Code Geass might have a chance against death note. So long as Lelouch doesn't die like Light Yagami in death note >.>

Both anime's have guardian's that watch over them. C.C or C2(Geass Granter/Geass User) in Code Geass. Ryuk(shinigami) in Death Note
