Which Asian countries are backward countries and why are they the way they are?

We already know it's not Japan and China might be coming up.

But there's other Asian countries. What about those guys?

This question is so unbelievably racist, I'm surprised no one has reported it already. Many studies have shown that Asians have higher IQs. Our nations are making faster progress than any Western nation has ever experienced, especially Japan and China. You're just insecure. You know that Asians are more intellectually capable and you're trying to spread pathetic rumors by asking questions like these to demean Asians (trying to level the playing field as some people would say). You envy us because we are more successful than you, and I understand completely. One of my best friends right now had similar conceptions, but now he has pretty much seen the light. I don't know what kind of sheltered life you've led, but you need to go to school or get out of whatever university you go to or went to and go somewhere else; it surely sounds like you don't even have a high school diploma.

most asian countries, i guess...

they are "backward" coz lack of support from the government, but there could be lots of factors.
