  1. 14-16 and over unless you have big bones


  2. Over 16 defintley. Anything under is fine but i guess it depends on your BMI and your age etc.


  3. I wouldn't say certain sizes are fat, it all depends on the individual person. I'm sixteen and I still fit kids clothes, I'm not underweight or anything, I'm just very tiny. That works the other way too, some people are just naturally larger.

  5. Depends on waist size and body fat percentage. Anything over a 32 inch waist or 30% body fat is fat, regardless of what size you are wearing.

    So you could be in a size 10 because you have small hips, but still have a 32 inch waist with 30% body fat; or you could be in a size 14 because you have big hips, but only have a 28 inch waist with 25% body fat.
