even though the 09' did not come out yet, there are pictures and videos online that reveals the new 09 335i.

It's the same exact thing, only the newer one has a little upgrade with the software. You will not tell a difference. Save some money and get an 08'... OR get an 07 M3.. Seriously, if you're gonna be investing those kinda bucks you might as well get the M3. The warrantys are pish posh. Nothing ever goes wrong with the cars within the first hundred thousand miles. I'd get an M3, a 335i just taunts people.. lol

if i were to buy a BMW i'd go for M3 E36... trust me it's really worth... very nice car. reliable and powerful, also very good looking

but go for the 2008 model. it's awesome and you needn't wait till the 09 comes out. also the price is lower

The turbos in the 335i are nice, as is the power, but that's just another thing to go wrong and need replacing. Plus I'm not a huge fan of the Bangle styling, although the new 3-series coupes are looking sleek.

The E30 M3 would be my first choice, followed by an E46 M3.
