  1. I love Madison - I am trying to put it together with a first name that starts with J!!!  But Rilyn sounds as if it has much more meaning... Rilyn Paige or Madison Rilyn

  2. I like Madi-Nicole Paige but out of the two I like Rilyn Brooke spelled Rylan! I hope I helped & Congratulations!!!!!!!!

  3. Madison Paige. I love the nickname Maddie.

  4. i dont like how you put them together i would have said: Brooke Madison =)

  5. i love both but if u wantd to try something different try brooke madison or brooke paige or well idk but i love the name brooke

  6. I love Brooke, but how do you say " Rilyn" ?

  7. of the two i'd have to pick Madison Paige, even though I'm not fond of Madison. i do however like Madeline Paige.

Rilyn is cute for a boy. Brooke is very outdated to me.

  8. Maddison Paige is the best one

  9. Madison Paige is absolutely beautiful.

  10. i think there both really pretty but i like Madison Paige i hope i helped! =D

  11. what about Rilyn Paige or Madison Brooke?

kinda mix it up with both the names if you cant make a decision

but personally if i had to pick from either one, i think Rilyn Brooke is a pretty and uncommon name

  12. Madison has been a popular baby name over the past few years. Therefore, I would pick Rilyn Brooke

  13. They are both nice

  14. Maddie. I LOVE Regina Lyn.

  15. 2nd one sounds different, I vote for it.

  16. I love the name Madison Paige-one of my students had the name Madison (and many called her Maddy), and she was a sweetheart.

  17. oh those are both really cute. I like both. Maddie's full name I like the most though!

  18. Madison Paige !!! I love it !!!

  19. MADISON PAIGE, much more feminine

EDIT:  Unless Madison is also after someone special, I say go with Rilyn Brooke.  If it's after your mother, it must have a lot of meaning to you.  The most beautiful names are the ones that have the most meaning. (Edit b/c of addit. info.)

  20. Madison

  21. To be completely honest with you, I dislike both of them (sorry).

Madison is extremely popular right now -- it's currently ranked #5 in the U.S.  Not only will your daughter have to share her name with multiple friends and classmates (I'm a teacher, and I encounter Maddies and Madisons all the time), but I'm worried the name will sound incredibly dated in 20 years or so.

Rilyn sounds made up.  Actually, it looks like a misspelled version of the boys' name Ryland (which I do like on a boy) or the recently-very-popular Riley.

Instead of Madison, you may want to consider these similar sounding names:

Maren -- the Danish form of Marina, which means "of the sea"

Morrigan -- a Welsh name meaning "great queen"

Madeleine -- a French name meaning "tower"

Meredith -- a Welsh unisex name meaning "sea lord" or "great lord"

Instead of Rilyn or Riley, you may want to consider:

Regan -- a Celtic name used by Shakespeare in King Lear

Rosalyn -- a name meaning either beautiful rose or soft horse

Rosalie -- a French elaboration of Rose

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

  22. Madison Paige coz Maddie is such a cute nickname, Madeline is really nice too :)

  23. I like Rilyn Brooke

    good luck :D
