Which Big City in the South has the best summer weather?

Which Southern city has the least humidity, temps under 90" degrees and is a fairly pleasent place to live during the summer. Love to hear everyone's anwsers. Just got back from Houston.....thought I was going to die..Soooo Hot Humid!!

go to Tucson,Arizona, i lived in a town an hour away from there, but it was tiny, its not too hot like phoenix, and its not humid, its got a dry heat, :D
