BARRY M all the way baby. the choice of colours is fantastic and they wont break the bank. if you're looking for dramatic color i wouldnt suggest anything else.

Barry M do nice colourful eyeliners.

For eyeshadows I would recommend Gosh (I haven't used their cosmetics before but I have heard it's good).

I would recommend Barry M eyeshadow to you but their eyeshadows are more like pigments which take a bit of practise and getting used to so I recommend trying sometimes in a pan! x

Barry M is very good and Elite comes out really well and looks really bright you can get it in superdrug you'll think it's awsum when you try it and also Bourjois is really nice and bright only quite pricey x

cover girl is cheap and pretty good and they have some bright colors. I'll include the link for you.

I use cover girl but not those products and I really like the brand.  Their cheap but still work well.

Okay I thought I'd post a few.

From Boots - 17 or occasionally Natural Collection as well as their smaller brands (Mainly in larger stores) such as Wet'n'Wild or Collection 2000. £1.95 - £4.95

SuperDrug - Barry M £2.95 - great selection of colours and last well. NYC £? - cute colours, MEMEME - £? occasionally have some vivid colours and sparkly ones too.

New Look/Blue Banana - Stargazer. Stargazer is actually amazing. Around £3 for a decent pot of eyeshadow and all different colours, some neon, some UV, some rainbow and some glitter. They also sell fake eyelashes, mascara, glitters etc.

And if you really want to push the boat out you can go to Urban Decay (Large boots stores, debenhams and House of Fraser) which is around £20 for a palette of 9/10 colours which are actually THE BEST.

Also Go Cosmetics sell bright eyemakeup, but I find them hard to find. Look out for them in TKmaxx, Savers and Keri Anns.
