Vancouver, Alberta, Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton. Please help me to rearrange them in order, starting with the highest. Thanks.

There aren't states in Canada, they're called provinces.

I'm guessing it'd be Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and then Alberta

To start with there are no States in Canada, they are called Provinces.  As for Orientals, the majority of these folks live in Vancouver/Richmond British Columbia, Toronto, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.

You need a geography lesson. We have provinces in Canada not states. Alberta is a province the capital being Edmonton and Calgary is a city in Alberta. But that said I believe Vancouver (city in the province of British Columbia) would probably be the first followed by Toronto(city in the province of Ontario) then probably Calgary and lastly Edmonton.
