prob. Toronto becuase thats the place with a ton of crime! but i know they are trying their best to stop it its just to much! lol

MONTREAL.  When I was there a few years ago, my truck was stolen.  They acknowledged that they had a truck theft ring operating in the city, but really didn't seem to care about investigating my truck theft.  Probably because I was American.

Vancouver Eas tSide . It is said that the police do not investigate the dissapearence of native women there as they would non native women.

Another thing said is that prostitutes when they dissapear are not a priority. This happens in The U.S as well though as people think of

Prostitutes as being bad so do not care if they die.  In this case The Penticton Murders  no mention of native women victims was given.
