Which Caribbean island has the coolest temperature and lowest humidity for august/september months (or others)

Question

I am getting married in 2009 and would love to get married in the caribbean but I am having trouble picking a location. I want a wedding at sunset and some place with relatively low humidity and heat. Any recommendations? I can't seem to be having luck surfing the net. Thanks:)
