  1. I'm eating steamed shrimp with chinese vegetables with the sauce on the side. And steamed rice.

Always get the sauce on the side - it's loaded with a bunch of c**p that you don't want/need. And you can determine how much you want on your food rather than having your whole meal in a bath of gelatin like goo.

  2. hot and sour soup

any DRY noodle dish, (eg singapore chow mein).

  3. I go to weightwatchers and the chinese meal with the lowest points (ie calories and saturated fat) is chicken chow mein.

  4. Chop suey as it's lots of beansprouts and veg.

  5. i dont know the name but you can pick the one with tofu, and khailan on it.

    that sounds very nice

  6. chop suey, chicken with water chestnuts& bamboo shoots, black bean and oyster sauce dishes are quite low in calories too

  7. Gets something with vegetables in it, but that doesn't have anything batter-fried in it. A clear sauce is good, stir-fry often is swimming with oil.

  8. I usually get chicken in black bean sauce with plain boiled rice & veg

Although im sure its still all loaded with sugar and MSG

  9. A lot of chop sueys here! It's actually an American dish. Most restraunts have a stir fried veggie dish?

  10. chop suey or perhaps the vegetable delight.
