Going to the airport tomorrow, Saturday, June 21, and wanted to swing by Chinatown for dinner. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I particularly like dim sum, any restaurants serving that on a Saturday night?

  1. I agree, Joy Yee's in China Town is a great choice. They have a huge menu for food and beverage.  One of the best thing about this place is that it is BYOB.  If you do plan to drink, be sure to buy your bottle before venturing to Chinatown, because they only have one liquor store near by with a very small wine selection.

  2. Nicky's Chinese Food claims that they have the Best Chinese Food In Town. So maybe give them a try if you don't decide on the other suggestions.

  3. Emperors choice

right off of cermak and dan ryan

2 can dine like kings for under 30 bucks

    Very good

  4. Go to Joy Yee in the newer area of China town.  It is in the galleria part, right across the street from the old part, near Walgreens.  Joy Yee has been featured on Check Please and has GREAt food/  Try one of the bean drinks.  You will see what they are when you get there. EVERYONE is walking around with them.  They are sold all over the area and consist of frothy juices blended with sweet red beans on the bottom.  In NYC they call them bubble drinks I hear.

    Try a mango/coconut/lime.

  5. Panda Express

  6. I recommend Lee Wing Wah for non-dimsum food - good prices, excellent portions, very authentic.  For dim sum, I recommend Won Kow (but I think they only serve it on weekends.)
