Which Chinese script (simplified or traditional) is seen in Scarborough Ontario (Steeles Ave & Markham)?

I would like to know if the Chinese shop signs in the neighbourhood off Steeles Ave. and Markham in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, are predominantly Chinese from Hong Kong/Taiwan (who use the Traditional Chinese characters) or if there are more Chinese from mainland China (who are accustomed to the Simplified Chinese characters). Specific examples and addresses (or street intersections) would be helpful.
