Which College Track Team Is "CCC Track and Field?"?

Question

This photo is from the 2008 Stanford Invitational. What college does the guy on the right run for? I'm guessing it's a local college somewhere in California... if you can't see the picture the school colors are red and white and his shirt says CCC Track and Field.

dunno, but likely a  Community College there is 2 of the c's

That's actually Clackamas Community College, the Cougars...

It's a junior college in Oregon.
