Which College or University is best in Business Administration major near Brooklyn & Manhattan ?

The Stern School at NYU is the best, but there are others such as Fordham and Pace that offer decent courses.

Actually, NYU doesn't have a specific Business Administration major (http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/college... that doesn't really matter. NYU Stern is still one of the best business schools in the country.

For Business Admin specifically, Fordham would probably be the best.

But you might want to go by the best overall undergrad business programs...in NY, the best are: NYU (Stern) and Fordham--the others aren't ranked in the top programs. (http://bwnt.businessweek.com/bschools/un...
