Which Company is better and why?

What company is better, GM or Toyota? Please explain.

Whether your talking about which company makes the better cars, or which company treats their employees better.  The answer is simple; Toyota.

Toyota cars are far more reliable than any GM product.  Hence the reason why GM is in a very bad situation right now and is on the verge of bankruptcy.  Simply put, you don't go broke if your making a solid product, that has an excellent resell value, and is not in the shop on a constant basis.  GM also has a bad habit of using the same parts in several models.  For example the same steering wheel found in $10,000 Cobalt can be found in a $30,000 Monte Carlo.  Wheres the sense in that?

With regards to how employees are treated.  GM is in a union.  Toyota is not.  Typically unions are only put into place because the employees working for the company feel they are not being treated fairly.  Obviously Toyota is doing a good job on this level.

I like Toyota cars better than I do GM -- is that what you mean?
