  1. Poland, Chex, France, Belgium just to name a few. No web site for you, sorry, just what my hubby remembered. Also, the Swiss were neutral.

  2. Poland, Danzig, Denmark, Norway, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, France (partial), Monaco, Yugoslavia and Greece (with the help of Italy), Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and The Soviet Union (partial). Germany's allies in Europe were Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia (formerly a part of Czechoslovakia)and Finland. The Czech part of Czechoslovakia was a German protectorate (colony) called Bohemia and Moravia having been taken over in 1938 after the Munich Conference. The neutral countries of Europe were Sweden, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Turkey, San Marino, Andorra, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.

  3. Most of Europe was occupied by Germany and her allies except some neutrals like Sweden, Switzerland, Spain,  Portugal and Ireland and the United Kingdom and Iceland (which Britain occupied to stop Hitler grabbing it).

Countries that were invaded by Germany, more or less in order are:  Czechoslovakia, Poland,  Denmark, Norway,  France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands,  Greece, Yugoslavia, Soviet Union and Italy.
