I am NOT talking about distance learning.

I am talking about Music (Bachelors or Diploma)... Not more than 2 years.

Which country is the most suitable? where tution fee is cheap and cost of living too.

Degree or Diploma that i would be interested in is Sound Designer/Engineer and the other is Music (Guitar).
