Which Country has the best thunder and lighting storms?

I want to go on a two week holiday destination uncertain, what I would like to go for is a storm chasing holiday but mostly I want to go to a place that has crazy Thunderstorms.

And was wondering if anyone knows a good place to witness the power of nature?

A Filipino co-worker said that in The Philippines, they get pouring, torrential rain in buckets, you know, monsoons.  They are an island, and have tropical weather there.  So there you go.  I'd love to go somewhere in the world, to be a storm chaser, myself.

The USA. Anywhere in Tornado alley during peak storm months of May and June. But the best place to find a storm is in western oklahoma, texas, kansas and central and western nebraska. Also south dakota and north dakota and  But if you go by yourself take a class from the National weather service. Or go with a storm chasing tour group. but hurry they fill up fast. the downside to tour groups are the price and the amount of people on the tour.
