  1. Mike Redmond will be a great manager, supposidly he's got a deal in place in the Marlins organization as soon as he decides to hang up the cleats.

  2. I think Mike Sweeney would make a great manager =]

    Good question. here's a star =]

  3. With the Rays, as a previous answerer said, I think it's Cliff Floyd.  He has been a good clubhouse leader and has done well in mentoring B.J. Upton.

  4. Cliff Floyd or Eric Hinske on the Rays

Yes, Posada will make a good mgr.  Catchers often do.

  5. Brad Ausmus for the Astros and Micheal Young for the Rangers.

  6. I've thought about this before and on the Rockies it would have to be Todd Helton without a doubt.  He has a veteran's experience in baseball and has been the leader of the Rockies for the past 5 years.  It's been said that he helps everyone in the clubhouse become a better player and his advice is some of the best in the business.  He also gets to know all of the players personally, even the new guys. I could actually see him as the manager of the Rockies someday and he's said that he would love to in the future before. I like the question!

  7. Jason Varitek, without a doubt. :)

  8. I think Jason Kendall makes good decisions, handles a pitching staff great, and even runs the bases intelligently. He'd make a great manager.

    Good Question!

  9. henry blanco from the cubs cause he mentors Geovany Soto and look how good geovany soto is.

  10. Yep, Jason Kendall.

He's probably the smartest person on the team (like Kody said) and he would know what to do with the team.  Honestly, I think he would make a good pitching coach, even though he's a batter.

  11. I think it's gotta be Omar Vizquel or Bengie Molina. Any could be the next Ozzie without the rants ;)

  12. Jason Kendall would be great. He's poised and smart, does not lose his temper-knows the game and is an incredible mentor to the pitchers and players

    (Milwaukee Brewers-catcher)

Edit: Whoa, just read Kody and Killzone-Brewers fans know the team!

  13. Jamie Moyer, without a doubt.

And it wouldn't surprise me to see him as a pitching coach somewhere when he decides to retire.

  14. Mike Redmond would make a really good manager.

  15. Brad Ausmus for the Astros. He's kind of already an assistant because he's one of the veteran. Extremely smart and has a B.A. in government from Dartmouth. There have also been rumors around the team that after his playing career, he could become a manager.

  16. Posada is a good considreation

for me it would be Mark Ellis
