Adult learning disorder is most like adult a.d.d.  I know this because i have adult add.  I go to a psychologist and got put on aderall.  Also just to make usre what you think you have there are test online you can take that list symptoms.

I would  go and see a specialist who deal in this area,and then go from there.

Occupational therapists deal more with learning disorders. Psychologists help with emotional problems more than learning disorders, although they can go hand and hand.... just go to your family doctor and they can refer you to a specialist if you don't know of any.
