Which Documents are needed in endorsement of spouse's name in indian passport?

Dear all,

I want to get my name endorsed on my wife's (indian) passport.

She is in india currently and i am in US. We had our marriage n Arya Samaj temple.We also got it registered in registrar's office.

I want to know that what is the procedure for this and what documents are needed in passport office for this to get done?

This is urgent .I am looking for your help in this regard.

The marriage certificate will prove that you are the spouse and this must be presented at the embassy for the issuance of the visa.
