A 7 course Mexican meal, with plenty of beans, and hopefully I get the chair, so they would have to be careful I do not spontaneously combust what they trow the switch and I do not have one last gas attack and cause an explosion.

Chinese, the Pu Pu platter! Out of your three options but if I could choose it would be T-bone steak(rare) and seafood, coconut shrimp, scallops, lobster & oysters both raw and fried.   All on one huge platter!!!!

I will go for Chinese food.  There are variety of dishes.  I can taste sour, salty, and bitter/sweet food all at one place.
