Scotland--because they are non-pretentious people who see all people as related.  As poet Robert Burns put it "a man's a man for a' o' that."

Spain--in general, a warm, welcoming people if you as a visitor make an effort to be open and warm back.

Spain , i like the italians too, always smiling!!! South slavs ... Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, .. That's my oppinion, It's just something in the air there and the sun .. it's just makes you smile and be nice !!! Greece also !!! OOOO the sun the sea .... how can you not be nice !!!!?!?!?
