    Peter claims he was once actor/comedian Robin Williams' jumping-off point. The ensuing flashback shows Peter offering topics of discussion, from which Williams issues a characteristic stream-of-consciousness comedic commentary with various affected voices and personalities, for which Williams is famous (and infamous) for.
