Which Fantasy Pitcher to Start?

For the upcoming week I need to fill two more starting pitching slots for my lineup. I play in a H2H league with 14 teams. Of the four below, which two would you recommend to start? :

Jon Lester vs. Baltimore

Johnny Cueto vs. St. Louis

Justin Deuscherer vs. NYY

Bartolo Colon vs. Baltimore

First Baltimore isn't such a good team right now and this could give Lester more strikeouts adding on to his 54 that he has right now.

Then Johnny Cueto because he has 70 strikeouts and his only threat from stl is pujols

Lester vs Balt, he has been pitching great since the injury.

Jon Lester is still undefeated against Baltimore in 5 career games (3-0). he didn't get a decision in his two starts this season (4.09 ERA and 1.55 WHIP). on a positive side, he is pitching great at Fenway this season going 3-1 on 7 starts and has 2.54 ERA and 1.17 WHIP.

Bartolo Colon won his first start against the Orioles this season. he gave up 4 runs in six inning pitched and he should thanked his teammates for giving him a 9-4 win. and he is showing signs of disintegration in his last two starts.

despite the fact that Justin Duchscherer had already pitched eight career relief innings against the Yankees where he is 6.75 ERA and 1.75 WHIP. he made some improvement last season as in his three inning pitched against them, he only gave up 2 hits and struck out 4 batters. plus the fact that he is still undefeated at home in 4 starts this season with an outrageous 1.69 ERA and 0.79 WHIP.

Johnny Cueto had already started against the Cardinals this season. in his sixth major league start last April 29, he gave up six earned runs as he was able to retire only 5 batters.

looking at these stats, it is safe to say that you must start Lester and Duchscherer.
