Tie Burger King and Wendy's- they both are cheap. Ours isn't a dollar anymore tho.

As far as variety goes, I would say Wendy's. They definitely have a wider selection then any of the other major fast food chains.

Where I live, there is no "dollar menu" at Wendy's....the prices range from 99¢ to $1.69.  So I dont think they have the best dollar menu but they do have the best value menu.
