Which Fiesta Americana hotel in Cancun?

There appear to be two Fiesta Americana hotels in Cancun (Grand Coral Beach and Condesa Cancun? Which is better and why? I am thinking about going in about 10 days time.

The Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach is a 5 star resort. It's located on top of the 7 where the water is calm. It's a beautiful resort. It is not an all-inclusive resort. Food and drinks are extra. However, plenty of restaurants to dine in and around the resort. Good Shopping and plenty of clubs. The rooms were first class. It's a very big resort

We stayed at Grand Coral Beach for a week, never stayed at the other one.

Check out Dreams Resort and Spa right next door, it's a wonderful resort and an all-inclusive.
