Well for me, I will always love the sound track to my beloved Final Fantasy VII. The music was just sooooooooo amazing, making it hard to believe that it was composed by the very talented Nobuo Uematso for a video game. Anxious Hearts, High Wind Takes to the Skies, and Aeris Theme are among my favorites, that I still listen to, to this day as I own the sound track and it marks the first 60+ songs on my ipod.

Personally

I think FFVII had the absolute best of EVERYTHING

the story had depth, the music was gorgeous and moving, the graphics were fun and not overboard, the playability was par-none
