Which Food Network Chef?

Does anyone know the name of the chef from the Food Network where the chef goes to the supermarket and finds random people that need help cooking a dinner so he goes home with them and helps them cook the meal? He was blond and had an accent. I just can't remember his name or the name of his show. Please help!

I think you are looking on the wrong network but given the theme of the show, Food Network seems logical.  TLC has a show called Take Home Chef with Curtis Stone.  He is blond!
