Question:

Which Fordham campus do I visit?

Alright, I'm going to New York in late September to look at schools: Columbia, Barnard, NYU, and Fordham.

Still, I'm very confused about which campus at Fordham to visit: Lincoln Center or Rose Hill? I checked their website, and it seemed to me that one was for the core curriculum and the other campus was for the actual majors, but I'm not certain...Also, do you apply to one campus, or the school in general?

If it makes any difference, I'm not sure what my major would be, but it would probably something with mass communications or film studies. Thanks!

  1. You should visit the Rose Hill campus. It is the main Fordham campus, and the campus where the communications/film studies programs are offered. It is also a very beautiful campus, and would be a nice contrast to the more urban campuses of Barnard, NYU, and Columbia. Rose Hill is located in the Bronx - - you can take the subway there from Manhattan.

The Lincoln Center campus is primarily for students majoring in theater and performing arts.

    Enjoy your college visits!
