It's from The One With All The Resolutions where Ross gets stuck in Elizabeth's bathroom (the girl he's dating). His resolution was to do something new everyday, thus he buys leather pants. But it's so hot he has to take it out, and then couldn't pull it back up despite using lubricant and lotion.
