The first one is better, but I would actually save up a little and buy a better gun. There is a pretty good shotgun on Shortyusa.com, check out their selection. (I think it costs around $60) But I'm guessing your newer to airsoft, so just buy what will be good enough for you. (Once you get better, you can buy the nicer, more expensive guns, such as ones made buy Classic Army, G & G, and companies like that.)

It depends on what you want it for. If you intend to just "have fun", probably the second one. If you intend to use it more for semi-serious competition, get the first one.

And Antonio L -- just because something costs more is no guarantee that it is "better". I have two air pistols (both .22 pellet); the more expensive one may look better, but the less expensive one shoots better -- and is of vastly higher material quality. Always remember the old saying: Buyer Beware.
