Which HD DVD player should i get?

So im looking at HD DVD players and they are all pretty expensive. Then i see that you can watch HD movies on a PS3. So isnt it better to get a PS3 than a HD dvd player for that extra 100 bucks? Or is there some downside to watching movies on it?

I have a PS3 and watching movies on it is amazing. There is no downside and you get a great deal. You also can buy a PS3 remote so you can control the DVD Menu/TV Volume with it instead of using the remote controler. Plus the games are great =]
