it matches with your eyebrows and eyelashes. also, your skintone has to be lighter than your hair color to look natural,

I think the second one looks better but if you had your hair a little darker than that it would look much better.

Since you have tan skin, blonde hair does not look right, and neither does light brown hair in my opinion.

You would look best with dark brown hair.
