Which Headphones would be the best to buy (have 2 links)?

I want to buy noise cancelling headphones, but i'm not sure which one out of these two would be the best. I have heard of Beats, and I have heard that they are supposed to be great for Hip-Hop music. Then I was on the Plane yesterday, and in a magazine was the new Sony Digital Headphones. I want to get your opinion on the two and which one would you reccomend:
