Which Helmet Should I Get?

Question

Hi, I need a new horseback riding helmet and im debating between a few. My first choice and the one I am leading towards is the Charles Owens JR8. The other two are IRH's. One is the ATH model and the other is the XR9 helmet. Below are links to view each of these helmets

Is this a show helmet?  If it is going to be I like the ATH.  BUT, it does have the vent in the middle which is fine for smaller show, but for bigger hunt seat and even some flat work classes they are not allowed. If you need a schooling helmet you can check out some of these:

i'm just basing my answer off of looks since i just own trolex helments and they arn't as fancy as these. ^^

i like the ATH ^^  

i think those have color change plates for the strip down the middle too.

I think the ATH or [IRH] is the best looking. I have one and it's very comfortable.

Go to your local tack shop and try them all on.  You should choose your helmet based on which one fits the best and is the most comfortable.

The ATH for sure.

I have yet to see someone look good in a Charles Owen helmet and yet to see anyone look bad in an the ATH (by IRH). I have never seen anyone in the third helmet. They are all good helmets though so I would go to a tack store and try them all on. You might be one of the few that can wear a Charles Owen helmet.

I have the second helmet but it has a black instead of silver stripe (I figured that would go over better in the dressage ring). I LOVE it. It is really comfy and your head doesnt fry in thee heat.
