The second one is not very good. My friends daughter has this and it has came lose and she had fell out. so i would say the first one.

if you only have the two to choose from I would go with the first one.  The second won't last as long as those types of seats tend to get tight on little one's legs especially if you have a baby with cute little chubby baby thighs.  The first one is a little more portable as well and will last longer as your child can use it at the table as a booster seat.

because you can use it in a semi reclined position for an infant who is starting out so they don't have to try to focus on trying to stay sitting up and can focus on eating and the tray fit very nicely in my dishwasher as did the whole seat when i took it apart.

That last one looks the best, but based on what Mother of 5 said, made sure you're getting good quality before you purchase it!
