  1. Of the current players it has to be Daniel Carter or Richie McCaw simply because they are idolised by so many children for their outstanding skills and contributions to the game. In addition you never hear of them being involved in off the field "incidents"

Of all time, none can argue that Jonah Lomu is the greatest ambassador for rugby.

  2. Definately Dan Carter

  3. alot of the kiwi rugby players are great ambassadors for the sport coz soooo many kids worldwide look up to them...

but for me its gotta be waisale serevi, he's done so much for his country and he still keeps on going no matter what. He's a great inspiration for all the kids here in Fiji as they dont often get alot of opportunities to do stuff kids in other more deveolped countries get to do...

    PHIL. 4:13

  4. of all time? Tana Umaga quite obviously, miles ahead of Jonah Lomu. we all know lomu is an amazing player with the tenacity to halt a whole pitch of men, but he's not exactly much for p.r and stuff, tana is used to talking to loads of people. but out of people right now? maybe richie mccaw, brian odriscall ronan o gara wilki (i dont like him either, but it cant be denied) maybe gregan, os du randt and piri weepu and course little peter stringer

  5. JONAH LOMU!!!

Dan Carter and Richie McCaw are good, but nobody can command the attention and fame that Jonah gets when he is out and about. That and he is the MOST famous rugby player of our time, playing first class rugby whilst having a debilitating disease....for that very reason he would be a AWESOME ambassador for Rugby.
