Which Ipod is this one?

i have a Ipod shuffle but it doesn't have the Shuffle toggle switch which is odd i think but does anyone know what generation it is and whee i can find a manual? Thank you so much ahead of time =)

There are only 2 iPod shuffle generations.

The first one is in the size and shape of a candy bar, much like a USB stick. It doesn't need a dock since it plugs directly into a USB port.

The second generation is the smaller version, it is half the size of the previous generation and requires a dock.
