Which Is Better - Guitar Hero or Rock Band?

I own the Wii and PS2. The Wii is my prefered console, and I think they both have been made for the Wii at some point, and definitely for the PS2. So, what I'm wondering is, which console is better for which game? And what's better - Guitar Hero or Rock Band? And can you use the guitar from Rock Band in Guitar Hero (and vice versa)? Thanks!

....actually, Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero 4 are debatable.

oh Rockband its got more down loadable songs and content and you got other peripherals like drums and microphone
