Which Island is the best for a 3 day family trip in the Bahamas?

Fly in to Nassau, take a Taxi (land or water) to the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island. The beach is adjacent, the bay is on one side and the ocean on the other. I visited three islands a couple of weeks ago and decided that for all around entertainment value, Nassau was the best. It had the beaches and water sports by day and the Casino and night life at night. The other tourist stops had lots of daytime activities and nothing at night time.

Paradise Island and stay at the Atlantis. The family will have a great time, so will you.

just try and get one that has the least amount of time on board the ship, or one that goes to a private island...I wasn't thrilled with Nassau for a day, but the private islands are awesome.  Bring your own snorkel gear!  Have fun!  Try this site:  iBtraveling.com for some good cruise deals.  I usually find something there.  Wish you fun and good luck!
