If you were to recommend a flat panel LCD HDTV in 32" - 37" format, which one will you recommend based on your purchase/experience? It has to be a newer model and support 1080p format. Price range less than $1K. No plasma's or dlp ones.

Quickly submit your recommendation and include source link for reviews if you have one.

  1. If i were you, I would hold onto my crt a litle while longer and wait for sony's upcoming 2009 oled tv's.

Oled's produce a much better brighter image than lcd's and can showcase a much more natural and wider array of colours than any current tv technology can muster.

I would hang with your crt just a while longer, and lets not forget that crt's can still produce a very good image, whatever the source.

It isn't long until oled's arrive.

    hope this info helps

  2. There  are many possibilities, and differences in quality are minor.  However, reliability is not the same.  Go for the major brands:  Samsung, LG,  Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Toshiba, and others.

You may not find 32" with 1080p.  Frankly, with a screen that small, 720p is just fine and costs a lot less.

    and do some investigation.

  3. the samsung onces should do it . they are usually more economically feasible and reliable , they also provide more warranty than other manufatures .

get the series 5 samsung 32inch full hd , if u are thinking tht it has been superceeded by series 6 you are right but there is no difference in picture in the 2 tvs , its just the look of the frame and an extra hdmi port

    good luck
