  1. They have the same lens, so the photos will look the same, but the Fisheye 2 has a few improvements.

    B setting on shutter, for long exposures.

    The ability to fire both onboard flash and hotshoe flash unit. Switch for multiple exposures on same frame.

    True fisheye viewfinder.

    The difference is $32US, but I think the improvements are worthwhile. The Fisheye 2 looks like a more versatile camera.
