Which London area do u find prettiest and most pleasant: Kew, Richmond, Kingston, Surbiton, or Wimbledon

The outskirts of Surbiton;  Hinchley Wood or Thames Ditton where I grew up, plenty of connection to London or the south east coast but without the hurly burly of the main centres you mentioned also some beautiful local scenery with the River Thames and Hampton Court in easy reach, there you gone and made me feel homesick as I now live in liquid sunshine Cornwall...

Well, I grew up in Surbiton, so I'm a bit biased towards it and Kingston. Surbiton has some lovely peaceful streets with good quality housing. Kingston is where I would go shopping, but I wouldn't want to live near the town-centre as the traffic would be a real pain.

I'm not as familiar with Wimbledon or Kew, Richmond has some lovely parts but again, I wouldn't want to live in the town centre. Neither would I be able to afford it!

Personally, I would favour Epsom as a place to live if I had that kind of money.

Picadilly circus (sorry it wasn't a choice. I just think it obviously the best place to go in EUROPE!)
