Which MMA card are you going to watch UFC or Affliction on the 19th?

I have to work so I can't watch either one. Which one are you going to be watching?

Affliction™

Anderson Silva is in no imaginable way the best fighter, but even if he were, Silva fighting in a completely irrelevant Light Heavyweight fight will never be as significant as the Affliction™  card. Real MMA fans/enthusiasts will be there at the Honda Centre to watch it live. And that is where I will be.

UFC. Anderson Silva is the best mma fighter right now. And to watch  him fight for free. Im in. Plus, the fight card for Affliction isnt that great.

UFC, because I won't have to pay for it. Affliction has some good fights, but the majority of the people are not popular. Tim vs. Fedor would be the only draw for me. Casual fans will not get this pay per view, because all they know of MMA is the UFC.

affliction,man its stacked,i will just watch ufc on youtube because anderson silva is not fighting a top lightheavyweight,unlike affliction its fedor and tim,i also get to see arlovski,barnett,etc

Its gonna vary from person to person.  The "real" mma fans will most likely order the Affliction and tivo the UFC event.  I mean you can't lie...the Affliction card is STACKED!! Like it's really good.  The average everyday MMA fan will probably watch UFC though because it is free, and because Anderson Silva is thought of as the best pound to pound fighter by many so it catches there attention.  

I'm not saying Affliction is better overall or anything (yet), but i believe they've got the UFC beat on this card.  I hope though that Affliction becomes competitive to the UFC, because then we all win =D.  We get better fights, and hopefully the UFC will start paying there fighters better also...I mean 10,000 for a fight is ridiculous.  Way to low.  People do not understand how much training goes in to prepare for a fight.  And then they need to cover there own medical bills if they are injured....

I am watching affliction by far. I like Anderson Silva but too me he is fighting someone that I have no interest in watching.

I am just as excited to watch affliction banned as I was for UFC ill will.

The whole card is stacked:

Fedor Emelianenko vs. Tim Sylvia

Andrei Arlovski vs. Ben Rothwell

Josh Barnett vs. Pedro Rizzo

Matt Lindland vs. Fabio Nascimento

Renato "Babalu" Sobral vs. Mike Whitehead.

Some UFC fans might not know some of these fighters but true MMA fans know that these are all elite fighters.

I'm really interested in seeing barnett fight again. Remember he is the one that beat randy couture. The undercard that will be shown for free on FSN I am even interested in. Big nog's twin brother fighting and fedor's little brother is fighting also.

I want to see where these guys are at!

I will have two tvs in my living room to watch both (I will TiVo both of them too so I can watch them again the next day)  I always host a fight party and don't really get to watch them as I am the hostess who is always making sure everyone has enough to eat/drink etc.
